11″ x 8.5″ 180 pages in full colour, the journal is presented in two sections.
The first section takes you through six steps, designed to prompt your thinking, identify and release limiting beliefs, appreciate your unique strengths, reawaken your true desires and reconnect you to your confident creative self.
(There is an additional blank page between each step in case you need extra paper for notes.)
The second section is a daily journal with 42 days (6 weeks) worth of pages. Three pages per day:
- one for intention settings, reflections, gratitude and daily habit tracking
- one with guided prompts for journaling, and
- one sketch or doodle page for creative play.
Let your thoughts wander without judgment as you complete each daily pages.
You can write your responses to the prompters but you can also create a collage or draw if that makes more sense to you. And, if you prefer to free journal and ignore the prompts on any particular day, that is totally fine too – you do you.
Connecting, however briefly, with your art practice through a daily sketch or doodle helps to strengthen your connection to your creative self.
